INFO FOR PROSPECTIVE VENDORS
What is a Vendor? A vendor is a person or business offering products for sale at the event, such as food, beverages, artwork, clothing, jewelry, and other retail items.

Important: If you are not selling products at the event, for example if you provide a service rather than a product, or if you would simply like to set up a table and engage with Rocktoberfest attendees, please consider becoming a sponsor instead. Sponsorship opportunities are a great way to promote your business or organization while supporting the event.

1. To participate as a food vendor with a table fill out our Food Vendor Form (form coming soon).

2. To participate as a retail, artisan, non-profit, or educational organization, fill out our Vendor Form (form coming soon).

3 All vendors must adhere to the Millburn Township Single Use Plastics Ordinance.

4. Food Vendor Additional Requirements:

You must fill out the Township of Millburn's Temporary Food License Application at least 2 weeks prior to the event

You will be subject to inspection by Millburn Fire and Health Department and must have proper fire extinguishers and equipment required by the town.

You will need to submit a Fire Permit to the Millburn Fire Department and to RockVendors@MillburnEdFoundation.org.
