INFO FOR PROSPECTIVE VENDORS

What is a vendor? A person or company offering a product for sale such as food, beverages, artworks, clothing, jewelry, etc.

Important => If you are not selling something at the event (for example, if you're a person or company that provides a service rather than a product) and if you are not a fitness vendor but would like to set up a table and interact with Rocktoberfest attendees, then please consider purchasing a Sponsorship.

1. To participate as a food vendor with a table fill out our Food Vendor Form.

2. To participate as a retail, artisan, non-profit, or educational organization, fill out our Vendor Form.

​​​

3 All vendors must adhere to the Millburn Township Single Use Plastics Ordinance.

​​

4. Food Vendor Additional Requirements:

• You must fill out the Township of Millburn's Temporary Food License Application at least 2 weeks prior to the event

• You will be subject to inspection by Millburn Fire and Health Department and must have proper fire extinguishers and equipment required by the town.

• You will need to submit a Fire Permit to the Millburn Fire Department and to RockVendors@MillburnEdFoundation.org.
