INFO FOR PROSPECTIVE VENDORS

What is a Vendor? A vendor is a person or business offering products for sale at the event, such as food, beverages, artwork, clothing, jewelry, and other retail items.

Important:  If you are not selling products at the event, for example if you provide a service rather than a product, or if you would simply like to set up a table and engage with Rocktoberfest attendees, please consider becoming a sponsor instead. Sponsorship opportunities are a great way to promote your business or organization while supporting the event.

1. To participate as a food vendor with a table fill out our Food Vendor Form (form coming soon).

2. To participate as a retail, artisan, non-profit, or educational organization, fill out our Vendor Form (form coming soon).

3 All vendors must adhere to the Millburn Township Single Use Plastics Ordinance.

4. Food Vendor Additional Requirements:

• You must fill out the Township of Millburn's Temporary Food License Application at least 2 weeks prior to the event

• You will be subject to inspection by Millburn Fire and Health Department and must have proper fire extinguishers and equipment required by the town.

• You will need to submit a Fire Permit to the Millburn Fire Department and to RockVendors@MillburnEdFoundation.org.
